When you use the booking form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. This is used only to answer your enquiry and to arrange a consultation.

Confidentiality

Messages are sent by email to Gilbert and are not shared with anyone else. Please do not include more sensitive details than you are comfortable with; we can talk about the rest in the consultation.

Payments

Payments are handled by a certified payment provider. Card details are never stored on this site, and no bank details are published here.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to follow up, and are deleted on request.

Cookies and statistics

The website does not use advertising cookies. We collect anonymous visitor statistics without cookies, on our own server, to understand how the site is used.

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by emailing post@gilbertsoba.com. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
